Method of Non-optimum Analysis on Risk Control System

This paper discusses in detail the theory of nonoptimum analysis on risk management systems. It points out that the main problem of exploring an indefinite system’ optimum lies in the lack of non-optimum analysis on the risk management system. The paper establishes the syndrome and empirical analysis based on the non-optimum category of the risk. At the same time, through the concept of intervenient optimum, it analyzes the actual significance of the optimum of the risk control. Based on non-optimum analysis, it puts out the academic idea of extension risk analysis. At the same time, it also puts forward the nonoptimum measurement of the risk system along with nonoptimum tracing and self-organization of the risk systems.
